21 Day Self-Improvement Challenge

This 21-day challenge will help you to get back into a stronger, healthier routine. You can implement this at anytime in your life! The whole point of this challenge is to reduce the pressures of dieting, strict exercise, it is to encourage good behavior at your own pace.

It takes roughly around 21 days to get your act together and remove bad habits and improve your lifestyles.

Each day choose something you would like to change in your day to day routine or would like to do better. i.e. increase your water intake, reduce sugars such as chocolate, cakes, etc.

We have provided a 21 day plan below – but remember this can be personalized.

Day 1 Increase water intake

Day 2 Reduce sugar intake

Day 3 Reduce Carbs

Day 4 Increase exercise

Day 5 Practice 30 Mins Mediation or Reflect in Solitude

Day 6 Pamper day

Day 7 Make a healthy meal

Day 8 Declutter a room in your home

Day 9 Go for a walk

Day 10 Eat no meat or poultry

Day 11 Walk up and down the stairs instead of using the lift

Day 12 No carbs

Day 13 No alcohol

Day 14 Create a saving pot for a rainy day

Day 15 Set out your goals for the next quarter

Day 16 Do a financial audit on your personal finances

Day 17 Update your resume/CV and expand your professional network

Day 18 Try a new fitness class, something totally different from what you have done before.

Day 19 Research and map out healthy recipes that you can make throughout the year

Day 20 Set up a morning routine and bedtime routine. Stability enhances well being.

Day 21 Spend the day appreciating all that you are and all that you will be. Write love notes to yourself, look at yourself in the mirror and pick out things that you love.

The aim of this challenge is to get you back on your feet and regain your will power. This should also help break bad habits and encourage a healthier and fitter lifestyle. Also do not beat yourself up when you feel like you’re not doing so well or fallen off track, remember tomorrow is a new day, ready for a new challenge.
